Figuring our your Brand is a very scary thing!  When I decided that I needed to do this for my business, I had no clue what that meant.  It wasn't until I attended a Mastermind that I realized what I needed to get Clarity in my Brand.  I was afraid of being too broad and also narrow at the same time.  And that kept me STUCK.

Believe it or not, what I learned, is that Your Brand is quite important when launching your business.  It is all right if you don't get it right the first time however, if you at least BRAND YOU and you won't have to correct all the mistakes or wipe the slate clean like I had to.

However, if you don't know what is your Brand at the moment, don't let it hold you back from taking action in your business.  You Brand will surface to the top as you become more visible.

We all start this business and we don't know what to do and we don't know how to take the first step forward.  There is actually a process from point A to B that you need to follow and perform consistently over a period of time.  The route that each person takes may look different.   One point that you absolutely need is this.  You will need to figure out your Brand.

Step 1:  Know Who You Are

Sounds simple enough, however, this was the most difficult step for me to complete!  Knowing what you want to offer vs. what your Brand is… can be two separate things entirely.  The mistake I was making was Branding my Company instead of Branding Myself.

Clarity on Your Brand Step 2:  What Do You STAND For

Do you know what you are passionate about?

What is your message?

Who are you trying reach, what is it that you want them to know?

If there is a topic that you could incessantly talk about to anybody, anytime, and never get tired… what would it be?

You need to figure this out clearly before you launch your brand.

Step 3:  Get Really Specific

The whole world is listening.  What you have to offer is not going to be for ‘everybody'.  You have to really pick out who you want to offer your services to, who may benefit the most from your experiences, and who do YOU want to work with?

Believe it or not, these in particular is going to be very crucial in how you get your Brand Out There.

How specific do I need to get with my Brand and Target Audience?

Who do you want to work with?

Who is your IDEAL client and what do they look like?  Write down a detailed description.
